Marketing coordinator
At Design Miami/, I had the unique experience of being thrust into the iconic and aesthetic world of collectible design. Activating alongside Art Basel every year in Miami and Switzerland, Design Miami/ is the global authority on collectible design. In this role, I created digital graphics, image compilations, pitch decks, and marketing kits using Adobe Creative Suite to help bring partnerships and ideas to life while also driving traffic to the fair.
I built newsletters, bulletins, and press releases for Design Miami/’s Basel and Miami editions, keeping audiences in the loop before and during the fairs. During events like Miami Art Week with Art Basel, I worked on-site with galleries, conducting Q&A's and gathering special insights that helped shine a spotlight on their exhibitions to be share in daily email blasts.I also supported VIP Relations with guest requests, invitations, and programming, and helped make every collaboration feel unique and personal.
From sourcing media coverage and tracking social stats to spotlighting key attendees and designers, my main role was that of capturing and sharing the highlights of the fair. I also loved crafting social media content that showcased standout designers and collectible pieces, always aiming for the best engagement.
